cozy, cozy, cozy
The Double Room I stayed in offered a firm mattress that ensured a restful night’s sleep. I loved the large old windows that filled the space with natural light and provided safety openings. It was so pleasant to return to a clean room every day, and having hanging space for my clothes made settling in effortless.
would recommend 😊❤️

The Double Room had a fantastic shower that was powerful, making it easy to unwind after a long day. The complimentary coffee and tea setup was a nice touch, and the manager was helpful enough to provide extra amenities upon request. The room was kept clean, with fresh linens during my 2-night stay. the room felt quite cramped with limited space for my belongings. There wasn’t a wardrobe or even hooks to hang clothes, which made it difficult to settle in comfortably. The TV was not functional, and while I was offered to move to a different room, it came with an extra charge. I expected better given the room rate. Despite these issues, the location next to King's College hospital was a lifesaver during my visit. Getting there on foot was quick and easy, especially after long hospital hours. The bar downstairs provided a casual atmosphere to de-stress, though it was busy at times.

convenient location near King's College hospital, quiet during weekdays, access to public transport
Rooms could use hooks or a wardrobe for clothing storage!!! Corridors need attention for cleanliness!!! The lack of a kettle or basic coffee facilities is quite disappointing!!! Vital information should be communicated before arrival!!!

The bed was comfy, and the quietness was delightful! Location is superb with easy transport links. A lovely pub downstairs for food and drink. Perfect if you're a solo adventurer like me.
The cleaning left something to be desired—like finding a few surprise hair souvenirs. And let's just say those shower doors could use a good slamming prevention system!

Big comfy beds and perfect location near the hospital. Liz from the pub even lent me a charger!

It was just a commendable fit for a weekend jaunt in London with good value for cost. The pub grub downstairs was surprisingly decent and saved me from venturing out for meals. Check the pub hours if you're planning to arrive late.

absolutely horrendous stay. the light in the bathroom was blaring all night, and the dirty carpets were just a delight. i thought, surely this place woudl ve been eager to impress, but alas, a complimentary welcome drink would have been too much to ask. i almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t deal with the filth.

Had an amazing stay! The owner was super accommodating, providing hot drinks and a hairdryer, which made settling in easy. The room was bigger than expected and had a powerful shower, though the stairs were a bit steep for my taste. I'd definitely come back!
